COVID Reopening

Performance Lab Covid-19 Guidelines:

SAFETY FIRST: High alcohol content hand sanitizer from wall-mounted, no-touch dispensers will be available throughout the facility and must be used upon arrival by all class participants.

TEMPERATURE CHECKS: Everyone entering the gym will be required to conduct a temperature check. Anyone with a temperature exceeding 100.3 degrees will not be permitted to stay.

MASK ETIQUETTE: All team members and clients will need to wear masks in accordance with New York State and CDC guidelines. If you are participating in an outdoor semi-private group session you have the option to remove your mask when you at your station. Masks must be worn at all times while indoors.

BYO: Bring your own water bottle/canteen and towel. Cold, filtered water is available throughout the facility. Canteens and JUST WATER brand recyclable water boxes are available for purchase.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING: Spots will be clearly marked per CDC and New York State social distancing guidelines. For rooftop semi-private group participants, after check-in please go directly to any available spot on the outdoor deck and get ready to work.

ROOFTOP SEMI-PRIVATE GROUP SIZE: Semi-private group sessions will be capped at 10 and will allow a minimum of 6-8 feet distancing.

SANITIZATION: Every semi-private rooftop group session will be set up with a station for each participant that will be cleaned prior to your arrival with Covid-19 compliant disinfectants as well as sprayed with an atomizer to guarantee your safety.

AIR FILTRATION: Our HVAC system is compliant with NYC DOH requirements, but we’ve gone the extra mile and deployed throughout the facility CDC compliant, medical-grade portable air filtration units with HEPA 13 filters and internal UV light traps that remove 99.9% of germs, bacteria and virus from the air.

SHOWERS: We are currently suspending the use of showers at this time, as recommended by the CDC.

BOOKING SEMI-PRIVATE ROOFTOP GROUP SESSIONS: Book in advance and commit to your health! Due to limited capacity, rooftop group sessions must be booked online at performancelabnyc.com/schedule or through our Performance Lab App.

WAITLISTS: semi-private group sessions will be capped at 10 participants to ensure proper physical distancing guidlines. If a session reaches capacity, clients will be given the option to be added to our waitlist. Once a spot becomes available, clients will automatically be moved into the session and be sent a notification. If you can no longer attend the session, please log into your account and cancel your session under “my schedule”.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Performance Lab by TWF, must receive a 12 hour notice of cancellation of your reservation. No shows or lack of canceling will result in a $15 cancellation fee. To cancel a reservation, log in to your account and cancel your reservation in “my schedule”.
