HOW IS PERFORMANCE LAB DIFFERENT FROM OTHER STUDIOS?
Performance Lab is your one-stop-shop for all or you fitness needs. We offer a range of modalities that will have you gaining strength, torching calories, strengthening your cardiovascular health and increasing your mobility and mindfulness. Our state-of-art infrared studio, increases circulation, muscle recovery, and mobility. The detoxifying sweat, will leave you glowing and zenned out!
I AM A BEGINNER - WHAT LEVEL ARE YOUR CLASSES?
While our classes are challenging, we welcome all fitness levels. Let our skilled instructors know if you have any injuries or need any modifications. Our goal is to help you focus on form and get the most out of every workout. Your goal should be consistency! Train Hard. Train Smart. Train for Life.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TAKE CLASSES TO SEE RESULTS?
Humans were meant to run, jump, lift and carry. We should be moving everyday. Our highly varied programming was designed to offer you a comprehensive workout, including strength, cardio, mobility, and breathing and meditation. This allows you to design a program that is right for your needs and goals and means you can take class multiple days in a row. We recommend listening to your body and making sure to take a day off every now and then for recovery. We also recommend staying hydrated, feeding your body right and getting good sleep!
HOW OLD MUST I BE TO TAKE CLASS?
You must be 18 year old. If you are 16 a parent or guardian must sign a waiver in order for you to take class.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR AND BRING TO MY WORKOUT?
Comfortable athletic pants/shorts, shirt (or sports bra) and sneakers for Strength Rx, Strike and Cardio Rx. For Yoga and Breath Rx, Comfortable athletic pants/shorts, shirt (or sports bra) and barefoot (no socks and shoes in Studio 2). *For Strike Class wraps and gloves are mandatory, feel free to bring your own or purchase at the front desk. *For Studio 2 Classes, yoga mats are required. They are available for rental ($2) or you a welcome to bring your own.
WHAT KIND OF MUSIC CAN I EXPECT?
Our music genres vary and our playlists are designed to reflect the energy and pace of the class.
ARE ALL OF THE CLASSES HEATED AND HOW HOT ARE THE ROOMS?
Studio 2 features state-of-the-art infrared panels and will will host infrared classes (Power Flow, We Flow, CoreCon, and Breath Rx). Infrared raises the core body temperature using radiant energy without raising the temperature of the room, so the rooms will remain room temp.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF INFRARED?
Our state-of-the art infrared studio will promote a warming of the body, a detoxifying sweat, increased mobility and circulation, along with enhanced relaxation and heightened muscle recovery. Infrared is the ultimate compliment to a strong flowing Yoga or Breath and Meditation class. We recommend you drink plenty of water before and after to replenish and hydrate your body.
CAN I TAKE A CLASS IF I’M PREGNANT?
Exercising while pregnant is a determination for you and your doctor. If you are cleared to exercise, you can do most of our classes with the exception of our “Hot” classes. Infrared raises your core body temperature slightly, which is great for general detox purposes but strongly not advised for expecting mothers. Please make sure to tell your instructor if you are expecting and what your limitations are (ie. at a certain month, you can not lay on your back). They will be able to suggest a modification or alternative exercises.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require notice of cancellation 12 hours or more prior to class start time in order to unreserve your spot and return it to your account. Late cancels and no-shows are subject to fees. For more on our policies, please click here.
DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS?
Yes, we offer digital day lockers, no need to bring your own lock! Keep in mind that management is not responsible for your personal items and that any items left overnight will be removed.
